Everyone…this is amazing!
We’ve got some very exciting news for you that we’ve been working on during our ‘down time’ from tax season! Finally, we’ve gotten to the point where we are ready to launch this little beast known as QuickBooks training!
Throughout the year, we’ve been planning this little project and are so incredibly excited to share with all our clients, and whoever they may know, that we’re ready to launch our QuickBooks seminars! Not only is our trainer, Dawn, a great instructor and presenter, but we’ve got a great little package put together for all our guests! We will be holding seminars to teach people QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for beginners a few times each month. We will offer more intermediate and advanced classes as well, but for now, our focus is on reaching out to those who don’t know a lot about working in QuickBooks or who might be a little afraid to dive into the program.
Our seminars for both Desktop and Online will focus on things like setting up your file properly, learning accounts payables and receivables, and understanding your chart of accounts. If any of this sounds foreign to you, please don’t worry! We are dedicated to teaching all of it to you!
You might be asking yourself, though, why you need to know about any of this and why you need to know how to do this. Well, the answer is rather simple; it all comes down to your bottom line and how much you’re making. Knowing money is coming in and what money is going out is crucial for all sorts of financial things such as basic budgeting or planning for that second location if you so desire that. Then again, it’s also good to know your financial information in order to know what you can afford to pay yourself and how to get the growth you want (for that raise you want!).
Further, knowing a little more about the ins and outs of your business funds will also give you a little peace of mind. It won’t be this enigma that seems daunting and goes over your head. In fact, our hope by the end of the training is that you’ll sigh in relief because you’ll walk away with a little more knowledge about how your business functions and tracking monies.
